What is stored
Your account email, your tasks (title, notes, date, repeat, category, priority, reminder settings), your history of Done, Missed and Snooze actions, and your settings. If you turn on phone notifications, your phone's push address is stored so the server can reach your phone. If you link WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number is stored.
Where it is stored and who can see it
In a database provided by Supabase. Row-level rules mean each signed-in account can read and change only its own data. The owner of this installation can access the database. Reminder text containing your task title is sent through your phone's push service (for example Google or Apple) and, if you choose WhatsApp, through Meta's WhatsApp service.
AI assistant
If the owner has connected the AI assistant, the text you type into the assistant is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to be turned into a task. Nothing else from your account is sent.
Analytics and cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics are used. Your sign-in session is kept in your browser's storage. The theme choice on this public website is also kept in your browser's storage.
Deleting your data
Ask the owner of this installation (the person who gave you the link) to delete your account. Deleting an account removes its tasks, history and push addresses.
