Plain-English task entry
Type “remind me tomorrow at 9 AM to pay rent” and PlanPulse fills in the title, date, time, priority and repeat. You always see a preview first, and anything unclear is flagged instead of guessed.
Reminders from a server
A scheduled job on the server runs every minute, so reminders do not depend on the website being open. Failed sends are retried, and the same reminder is never sent twice.
Recurring tasks
Daily, weekdays, weekly or monthly. Month-end dates and daylight-saving changes are handled, so a 9:00 AM task stays at 9:00 AM.
Advance reminders
Get a nudge at the time or up to two days before. Choose several reminder times for one task.
Done, Snooze and Missed
Act directly from the notification or from secure links. History keeps a record of what you completed, snoozed or missed.
Today, Upcoming and Calendar
Overdue, due today and coming up are separated. A monthly calendar and a progress ring show how you are doing.
Optional AI assistant
When the owner connects a Claude API key, the assistant understands longer requests. It always asks you to confirm before creating or changing tasks.
Optional WhatsApp reminders
Built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It stays off until the owner completes Meta's setup, and the app shows the real result of every message.
Time zones and dark mode
Defaults to Asia/Karachi and works with any time zone. Light and dark themes are included.
Private and secure
Sign-in is required. Database rules let each account read only its own data. Secret keys live on the server, never in the website.
