What PlanPulse is
PlanPulse is a mobile-first task manager and reminder app. It started as a personal tool for planning a busy day, and it is designed around one idea: a reminder should come from a server, so it does not depend on an app being open.
How it is built
- Website and app: plain web pages served by Cloudflare Pages. The app installs on a phone as a progressive web app.
- Database and sign-in: Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level rules, so each account can read only its own data.
- Reminders: a timer on the server runs every minute and sends phone notifications through the standard web-push system.
- Optional extras: an AI assistant and WhatsApp reminders, both off until the owner connects their own accounts.
What it will not pretend
- It never says a reminder was delivered unless a service confirms it.
- Examples on this website are labelled as samples. Nothing here shows live user numbers.
- Delivery depends on your phone, battery settings and network, so it is not guaranteed to the second.
Who can use it
This is a private installation: the owner creates the accounts. There is no public sign-up and no pricing page, because it is not a paid product.
