Plain-English tasks
Write tasks the way you speak. Dates, times, priorities and repeats are picked up, and you confirm before saving.
Type “remind me tomorrow at 9 AM to check stock”. PlanPulse sets it up, plans your day, and sends the reminder to your phone from a server.
Private installation · Works on Android, iPhone and computers · Dark and light themes
This demo runs in your browser and saves nothing. It uses the same simple built-in reader as the app.
Simple on the surface, with a real server and a real database underneath.
Write tasks the way you speak. Dates, times, priorities and repeats are picked up, and you confirm before saving.
A timer on the server checks every minute and sends phone notifications, with retries and duplicate protection.
Daily, weekday, weekly and monthly. 9:00 AM stays 9:00 AM, even when clocks change.
See what is overdue, due today and coming up, with a calendar and a progress ring.
Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, with Done and Snooze buttons on the notification.
Sign-in is required and each account can only read its own tasks. Secret keys stay on the server.
No setup screens. Just write, check and go.
Type your task in the box.
Review the date, time and repeat in a preview.
The server sends a notification at the right time.
Finish it from the notification or the app.
This panel uses example numbers so you can try the controls. Your real dashboard shows your own tasks.
Sample data for demonstration only. The grey bars below the trend are decorative loading placeholders.
No big promises. Here is exactly how it works.
Reminders are created on the server, tracked per channel, retried when a send fails, and shown with their real status.
Delivery depends on your phone, battery settings and network. It is not guaranteed to the second, and a phone with no internet gets it later or not at all.
WhatsApp messages and the Claude AI assistant are optional and need the owner's own accounts. SMS is not included.
Open the app, add your first task in plain English, and turn on phone notifications.
